- Rural Electric Cooperatives and the Transition to a Clean Energy Future: A Guide for Cooperative Leaders
These guidebooks share best practices and examples of how community-owned utilities can lead an equitable clean energy transition. They provide a roadmap for directors so that they can be ready on day one to accelerate the transition to a clean energy future through their utility.
